Chia Seeds and Hemp Hearts

I found a recipe for a chia seed breakfast on the back of a chia seed package.

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
3/4 C of milk, water, soy, or almond milk
2 Tbsp of Hemp Hearts
and honey to taste

Quite delicious and packed with good nutrition, but of course, I can't leave well enough alone.  So I add strawberries, blueberries, sometimes bananas, walnuts, pecans, load it with cinnamon, and I might add cherries and anise seed too.  How can you go wrong!  I don't always use the honey, but sometimes I like to splurge and drizzle that lightly over the top.  Let the chia seeds soak in your fluid while preparing your fruit so they have a chance to turn into a gel.
